​​Over the past three years, the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS)  Professional Learning Institute (PLI) has provided a School Counselor Strand through a partnership with Hatching Results.  Site and district administrators, Directors of Curriculum, Counselors on Special Assignment (COSA) and School Counselors (K-12) attend the sessions over the course of three days. Session content is focused on Multi-Tiered, Multi Domain System of Supports (MTMDSS) which is a model for delivering direct and indirect school counseling services. Sessions are scaffolded in order to provide an understanding of MTSS.  These sessions are always very well attended and participants leave feeling excited about the opportunity to design and implement their own MTMDSS delivery model as well as joining the MTSS Leadership Team on their site. ​
